That way they can keep costs down and customer satisfaction high. If you need something immediately, Cheyenne will direct you to another store (BiMart, or Diess in Eugene) which might already have the items in stock. Also fun to stop in because you tend to see neighbors and friends. And people who shop at Feed Stores are generally quite nice. She also stocks some cute purses, horse-related apparel, and other unique items.
